I really like your idea and I think that your title works well because it doesn't limit your ideas too much. I think that it fits well with the magazine market and would sell well to the target audience you have chosen! XXXXXXXXX
I really like the name of your magazine and I really like that you are adding fashion into your magazine which I think will work well, I also like that you are going to have handwriting fonts which I think will work really well.
Sounds goooood bro! I like all the aspects of the idea, they all seem to match your genre perfectly. The target audience range is great and I like the handwritten font style teamed up with the fashion inspiration.
The handwritten text is definitely different and interesting, but some people can be put off by the informal representation it may give to your magazine in general. People can make snap judgements on such small things.
Also, if by "vibrant colours" you mean the types of colour schemes used in the examples on the slide, I think you're better off going with colours with a tad more contrast - it may just be me, but those covers seem fairly... dull.
Overall though it's shaping up to be a nice design, so good luck.

I think that the font styles will really work, and that the colour schemes are perfect for this type of magazine.
